At Huntdoor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Products purchased directly from huntdoor.com may be returned in accordance with the conditions below.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and free from damage, complete with all accessories, cables, parts and documentation, returned in its original packaging whenever possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
A product showing significant signs of use, damage, missing parts or deterioration that was not present at the time of delivery may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund, where permitted by law.
Before returning a product, please contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the applicable shipping instructions.
Please do not return a product without first contacting Huntdoor.
Returns sent without prior authorization may result in processing delays.
When a return is requested because of a change of mind, an ordering error, or because the product no longer meets the customer’s needs, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the error is attributable to Huntdoor or when required by law.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Huntdoor cannot be held responsible for a return package that is lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

If a product is damaged upon arrival, defective, different from the product ordered, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
